Using the Northcentral Library Media Specialist Wikispace

• Receive an email when messages have been sent (please set this up to help us stay in contact)
  • On the settings tab, scroll down to "Email Private Messages"
  • Choose "yes" send me an email when I receive a Wikispaces private message
  • Choose "yes" to other options also
• To monitor a discussion you have started
  • Click "Monitor This Topic" at the bottom of the page before you post. This and the settings made previously, will make sure you receive an email to notify you if someone has replied to a discussion.
• To monitor discussions on pages (please set this up to help us stay in contact)
  • Go to http://nclms.wikispaces.com/space/notify
  • Under email subscription choose "discussion changes"
  • Click update monitoring
• Create an icon to show by your username
  • Find a picture or avatar
  • Choose "account" at the top of the page
  • Notice 3 tabs on the page...dashboard, mail, settings
  • Choose settings
  • Click "change" beside the picture
  • Click "browse" to locate the picture
  • Click "upload"
  • View the picture and edit if needed
  • Save...you may have to go through the process twice
